Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout:
• Standard Shipping: $8.00
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70.00 or more
• Express Shipping: $15.00
Estimated Carrier Transit Times
• Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package. They are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships.
Global Flavors Enterprise & Distribution is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, please review the tracking information and contact the carrier first. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us. We will assist where possible, but delivery investigations and outcomes may depend on the carrier.
